The elongated shaft and 7º of loft allow the shaft to rest on the inside of the arm without anchoring to the body, this gives a consistent stroke every time. The steel section has been shortened to reduce weight by 7 grams. This steel section is also made stiffer and more stable to aid consistency in your stroke and performance.
