The new Ping i59 Graphite shafted irons have arrived and what an iron it is! This eagerly anticipated set is now available to purchase here at Golfsupport. With hundreds of hours of design and manufacture, the i59 is on course to be the most played Ping iron to date. The delightful sound and flighted trajectory from the aerospace-grade aluminium (AlumiCore) insert is just perfect. A forged 1025 carbon steel body and 17-4 stainless-steel face give the i59 the set-up it deserves. The new i59 graphite irons will astonish you, delivering precise, reliable distance and performance with every club in the set. Approximately 30g of weight has been distributed from the centre of the i59 to the outer perimeter where it serves to offer greater forgiveness.

The precision milled face benefits from the all-new MicroMax grooves for tighter spacing that allows more groves to be introduced, on average, 4 extra grooves are added to reduce those flyers and reduce spin in the shorter irons, whilst preserving spin in the longer irons.

Optimised toe and tip weighting elevate MOI (moment of inertia) achieving a level of forgiveness that is unprecedented in a forged made iron. The innovation and engineering team at Ping have used many hours/weeks perfecting the manufacturing phase of the build, 100% inspection was observed during sole shaping, head polishing, face machining and head forging. All to give the looks and performance it now yields.

With a thinner top-line and proper offset that looks forgiving from above, this streamlined look is preferred by more highly skilled players. The new Hydropearl 2.0 chrome finish is popular with many new Ping irons and wedges, this water-repellent finish aids in consistent performance from out of the rough and also wet weather conditions. The subtle flowing lines on the back of the club give the i59 a distinguished and classy look. With just a small ‘forged’ stamp and i59 engraved in the top corner, the uncluttered detailing matches the silky smooth contours.

With a huge choice of custom graphite shafts on offer, the stock Recoil ES SmacWrap graphite option provides the most important factors, control and distance. Higher damping for improved feel is also great in the Recoil ES SmacWrap graphite shaft. Graphite shafts provide extra yardage gains due to the lightweight construction, particularly helpful for senior golfers and players that have lost a few yards over the years for a multitude of reasons. The Stella looks are also very inviting to the eye.

As with all new Ping clubs now, the Arccos sensor is in-bedded into the grip to record and analyse every shot played when paired up with the downloadable Arccos Caddie app. This is priceless for informative data to improve your game and help you shoot lower scores.
