The PXG 0317X Gen4 Hybrid is a real feat of engineering excellence. The whole club has been designed in great detail to provide blistering ball speeds with laser tight dispersion. Every aspect of the Hybrid has been meticulously constructed for optimum performance. This 0317X Gen4 Hybrid model has two weight ports in the sole to give significant head weight adjustability for trajectory and also spin and bias fine-tuning.
An innovative head shape design and large profile promote confidence all the way, with the squared face adding forgiveness on the shots struck closer to the heel or toe. Gen4 Hybrids feature a hybrid crown with steel in the toe and heel to give structure stiffness and great durability. The striking carbon fibre section in the middle of the crown is quite a sight to behold, this reduces mass in the top of the club to lower the centre of gravity and increase the moment of inertia. The squared face is HT1770 stainless steel and increases deflection for smoking hot ball speeds.
Aluminium Vapor Technology (AV) is conducted in a vacuum-sealed chamber to massively increase the stability and stiffness of the carbon fibre. Vibration is cleverly taken care of with the use of a honeycomb TPE insert, this polymer insert gives the hybrid a great sound and feel. Positioned in the sole of the clubhead, it also helps to optimise the centre of gravity. The iconic ”X” is positioned as an alignment aid in the standout white colour. This will improve the performance of all golfers, regardless of their skill level. You will soon be sold on the looks, performance and exacting build quality.
