The new 2022 Phantom X 5 is developed with input from the game’s elite professionals, featuring the Tour preferred 303 stainless steel face that is carried through the body and wings. This is expertly coupled with aircraft-grade aluminium through the sole and flange for that impressive sound and feel we all associate with Scotty Cameron putters. This expertly fused combination allows for the best sound and feel off the face with any vibration kept to a bare minimum. The 2021 model saw multiple victories all over the world, and this new 2022 Phantom X5 further expresses player preferences throughout, including the sleek putter head profile, refined alignment cues, high durability finish and specific neck and shaft configuration.

The head has undergone a silver mist process, giving a stunning and near-permanent finish that is both glare-resistant and radiant to look at. The 6061 aluminium grade sole has been misted and anodised black to give a stunning look

Weight is distributed evenly within the head to give the best possible balance, the X5 feels great in your hands. The head of the putter is slightly more compact than other models in the range. The new X5 putter features a ‘wingback’ mallet head just as before, extending back into the stepped down flange. The 2022 X5 still features the same familiar single mid bend shaft as before. This stepless shaft has been re-engineered to minimise face rotation in the stroke, giving the ultimate balance. They have made it easy to align your putts by adopting a single sightline centrally on top of the putter head so that you can line up your putt with the ball and never miss the sweet spot.

Scotty Cameron have added a new textured grip and graphics on this all-new 2022 model. The trusty Pistolero Plus grip is slightly thicker and less tapered in the area where the bottom hand sits, this is proven to work exceptionally well with mallet headed putters. The grip itself is grey with the ‘Scotty Cameron’ script displayed in yellow. The putter comes with a premium quality headcover that is black with a standout yellow X and with the Scotty Cameron and Phantom name in grey. The X 5 is available in shaft lengths 33/34/35 inches.
